Direct-source provenance
Records come from issuing agencies: municipal portals, state open-data feeds, county assessors, and town clerks. Some clerk-sourced records are not published online anywhere else.
Daily refresh on major feeds
The large open-data sources refresh on a daily cron. Smaller portals refresh on their own cadence, tracked per source.
Attributed records
Every record carries its source. You can trace any row back to the agency that issued it.
