What a record contains
- APN, county, and normalized situs address
- Owner name and mailing address where the county publishes them
- Land use, property class, and characteristics fields
- Geometry-derived centroid for mapping
How it is sourced
Built from ~55 free county and state sources, staged and gated per source before promotion into the national layer. License-restricted counties are excluded rather than laundered in. Freshness by source is published on the freshness page; how records attach to parcels, with per-county match rates, on the data quality page.
